RSVP INFO
WES PTA is excited to host the annual Grandparents' Breakfast on Friday, November 20th from 8 am - 9:15 am. Please RSVP so that we know how many grandparents and grandchildren to expect.
Traditionally, families who have grandparents and students attending the breakfast make a food contribution. We have so many participants each year that the PTA is not able to purchase all of the items needed.
When you RSVP, you will first be asked to select an item to drop off (see below) and then on the next page, you will have the opportunity to fill out attendee information.
We thank you for your participation and contribution!!
Please direct Breakfast questions and concerns to our Committee Chair. Morna McNulty [email protected]
Contribution Drop Off
Please bring non perishable food donations in with your child to the front office before Friday the 20th or drop off before 8 am Friday morning. Perishable items that need refrigeration can be dropped off the day before (and kept in the Parks and Rec refrigerator) or bring them the morning of the event. It helps us to have food items there prior to 8 am when the breakfast officially begins.
Breakfast Volunteers Needed
WES PTA is seeking help for grandparents breakfast on Friday, November 20th. We need volunteers to set up starting at 7:15 until 8 am and then folks who can stay and help during the event. We appreciate any amount of time you can spend with us. Please contact Morna at [email protected] if you can be of assistance.
Important Notes from WES Administration
RE: Breakfast Day
1. The parking lot will be closed off from 8:00-9:00 a.m. for parents so that staff may have the ability to park.
2. The elevator is out of order and will remain so through the date of Grandparents' Breakfast. We are waiting on a very expensive repair and the County has to prioritize, so we are on a waiting list (those schools with disabled students go first).
3. Grandparent check in will take place inside the building this year. Grandparents may enjoy their breakfast while school staff assist them with badges. Mrs. Baldwin will be able to pre-print and send home badges for any local grandparents who are already in Raptor or who come in early to check in.
